Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between HundredCore Korea (hereinafter "the Company") and users in connection with the use of the nyanQuest service (hereinafter "the Service").

Article 2 (Description of Service)

The Service provides the following features:

• TRPG party recruitment and matching
• AI-powered solo quests (single-player TRPG experience)
• Character growth system (cat level, experience points)
• Premium subscription service

Article 3 (Registration and Accounts)

• Registration via Google social login is required to use the Service.
• Users must provide accurate information and must not misuse the information of others.
• Users are responsible for managing their own accounts.

Article 4 (Premium Subscription)

• Premium subscriptions are available as monthly (KRW 4,900) or annual (KRW 39,000) plans.
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew; re-subscription is required after expiration.
• Upon cancellation, premium features remain available until the expiry date.
• Payments are processed through PortOne. For payment-related inquiries, please contact the Company.

Article 5 (Refund Policy)

• A full refund is available within 7 days of subscription if the Service has not been used.
• If the Service is unavailable due to service outages, the subscription period will be extended accordingly.
• Refund requests should be submitted via email (osu355@gmail.com).

Article 6 (User Obligations)

Users must not engage in the following activities:

• Actions that infringe on the rights of others or cause discomfort
• Actions that disrupt the normal operation of the Service
• Using the Service for illegal or fraudulent purposes
• Registering false information or misusing another person's account

Article 7 (Service Restrictions and Suspension)

• The Company may temporarily suspend the Service for system maintenance, equipment replacement, or similar reasons.
• If a user violates these Terms, the Company may restrict access to the Service or delete the user's account.

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

• AI-generated content is produced automatically, and the Company does not guarantee its accuracy.
• The Company is not responsible for disputes between users.
• The Company is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure, including natural disasters or technical failures.

Article 9 (Copyright)

• The copyright for the Service's design, code, and content belongs to the Company.
• The copyright for user-created content (party descriptions, nicknames, etc.) belongs to the user, but may be used for Service operation purposes.

Article 10 (Amendments to Terms)

These Terms may be amended in accordance with changes to applicable laws or service policies. Any changes will be announced through the Service at least 7 days prior to the effective date.
